The much talked about Stoney Middleton Revival is finally going to take place over the weekend of 11-12 September.
The get-together is the brainchild of Phil Kelly, activist and the mover behind The RockArchivist Project, and Mick Ryan of UKClimbing.com

Everyone is welcome, whether you've been to Stoney Middleton before or not, and for all or even just part of the weekend.

The plans are as follows:

Saturday 11th September

9am - ish: UKClimbing.com Breakfast 
Meet up in the area under Om, Mani & Padme (Prayer Wheel Wall Area) for coffee and pastries supplied by UKClimbing.com.
10am-ish: Assimilation (mandatory) 

Then, climbing in the shaded limestone dale of Stoney Middleton or perhaps the BMC owned Horseshoe Quarry; or, maybe even wider afield as your pleasure takes you.

Late Afternoon/Early Evening: BMC Barbecue
Free raffle supported by Wild Country.
Meet up in the area under Om, Mani & Padme for refreshments and some burgers. A great opportunity for socialising and networking, rubbing shoulders with both stars, Woodshed regulars, Windy Ledge wanderers and Stoney Cafe dwellers.

Evening: the famous Moon Inn, Stoney Middleton

Sunday 12th September

Wild Country Breakfast
For those who decide to stay over and/or appear on the Sunday morning -  provided under the soaring majesty of the Mani headwall; sponsored by Wild Country.

A  couple of photographers and filmmakers will be attending to get some great shots/video of the people and teams involved in the history of Peak District climbing so it might be a good idea to pack a comb :-)
