I was hoping it was about these bad boys, http://www.londonkettlebells.com/power-clubs.html I've had one for a few years now, more for the rotator cuff workout than the promised spiderman-like climbing abilities
Saturday- Campus boarding 1.5 hours, lead a few routes.
Sunday- Fingerboard 1 hour, 5 mile run.
Monday- 2 hours at local wall, bouldering circuit, bachar ladder.
Tuesday- 8 mile run, 45 mins on the beastmaker (repeaters)
Wed- Trip to Bowderstone, climbed picnic sitstart (left), which I was chuffed with as its really not my style.
Thursday- Went to have a look at my project (too wet), so bouldered around elsewhere.
Friday- Rest + hangover
