Never stop, mate.
Well... Fatboy Slim does. Saw him at Scarborough Open Air Theatre in July. He was excellent.Does anyone play sets like this anymore? Some proper feel good dancing music!
I've been listening to some of his current sets which are great too. I'll keep an eye out for his gigs in the UK.Well... Fatboy Slim does. Saw him at Scarborough Open Air Theatre in July. He was excellent.
I have to say it looks great! Though a weekend of it might be a bit much.James will get a shock if he’s looking for Fatboy Slim style music at Bangface Fiend!!
There's always a lot of techno, some breakbeat, some dubstep, old-skool rave on Thu, and big name headliners on Sat midnight. 2023 had Utah Saints, Altern8 and Orbital for starters....James will get a shock if he’s looking for Fatboy Slim style music at Bangface Fiend!!
This might give a better feel for his current sets, Scarborough was a bit similar, lots of tunes mixed into techno and house. AI has definitely helped him up his visuals a level too. This was 2 days after the GE and all the cabinet ministers who had lost their seats appeared and morphed into each other, one by one. Divisive, but very well received. A feelgood moment, for sure.I've been listening to some of his current sets which are great too. I'll keep an eye out for his gigs in the UK.
I'd love to get out to a live set sometime this year - the first time in ages for me. But I definitely want a high-energy dancing night, rather than a standing there nodding to some dark techno (which I also love). So any other recommendations are very welcome!
