8 - gym, lighter weights, bit of cv, stretching
 
7th - treadmill at the gym as too icy for speed/threshold session, 4 x 8 mins threshold (off 2).
8th - circuits at the Depot (F6a, F6b, F6c, F7a, F7a+, F7b (80%), F7a+, F6c) off 4 mins rest, 5k in the snow later on.
9th - treadmill again, 3 x 3 x (2 mins on, 1 off) at 5k pace, 4 mins between sets.
 
Climbing in the works for an hour and a bit, bench session with added seal rows/chest flys, hammer curls/skull crushers
 
8: 45 mins on the turbo trainer - sore arse! Will wear bibs next time...
9: 3hrs @ AW routes... Mostly in the F6a+ - F6c range but tried a couple of F7a+'s (did all the moves but lacking fitness)... Finished with 4's on a steep F6a+... Cold and Tired.
 
9 - scraped in 30 mins with 15 mins walking, 5 minutes hacking at ice, and 10 minutes shivering.
10 - easy indoor bouldering @ Rockover
 
10 - another 2 very slow, very icy and slippery but very fun school runs. The cold and the slippery conditions under foot are ruining my hips! Shoulder and hip rehab exercises.
 
Day 10
Woke at 4am with headache and sore throat. Ate paracetamol and ibuprofen and went for a walk. Might have been more than 30 mins. Two daytime naps had no relation to power.
Lots of muttering whilst looking at the sunshine outside.
Tried to use anger as motivation. Failed.
 
9. Walk. Barrel scraping
10. Mountainbike ride/push through snow. Good afternoon adventure. No segment records today.
