Wed - TRX, bar work.
Thu - track riding. Pull ups.
Fri - push ups, BM campusing, back work.
Sat - boxing bag, jog. Tired.
Sun - shoulder static holds, first challenging weight. Ground through it as a motherfucking Erinys from hell.
