More first go waddage.

Just got round to watching this, what a total animal.

Particularly enjoyed the other Slovenian's response to Adam skipping a low clip: "Ahaha... You crazy bastard!"

Looks like he has been on Le Voyage in Annot. Reckon he'll see that off pretty quickly.

In case anyone was still concerned Adam's bouldering ability might not be up to scratch with the world's best...another 8B/+ flash to go with flashing The Ace and the 8B start to Pescena Ura recently.

Those are some damn vivid trousers too. Looks like he's training for a flash of Voyager sds...

Just flicked through for now and that looks like some real detailed footage, and the crux looks pretty bonkers. E12!!

That was really really good and the detailed rest times will come in handy for the flash go.

Bon Voyage

Looks like he came into very close contact with that massive flake below the crux on one of his falls, puts the grade a bit more into perspective seeing that. Amazing looking line, fair play to James Pearson.

Great film, great repeat, great FA by James although he really needs to stop prattling on about Walk Of Life and downgrading butthurt already ::) ::) ::) Love the detail on the crux, sweaty palm falls and the intricacy of it all. Funny that the world's first E12 is - like the world's first E11 - a slightly bollox line linking between much stronger lines (in this case La Voyage), but still looks like amazing climbing, and as they say, amazing that it is just possible with what the rock allows.

Khufu - So this is the Great Pyramid! They’re going to entomb me in it when I die. What do you reckon? Pretty fucking spectacular, eh?

Fiend - Pretty bollox actually. You stuck it right between the mighty Sahara and the magnificent Nile. I mean, if you haven’t got anything else to do then I suppose popping along to have a look might salvage an otherwise unexceptional Saturday afternoon, but other than that, meh…

Can you do a photoshop of that scene please?

Is that a Genius on his right foot? Been a while since people have been climbing the no edge shoes. It always surprises me that Sportiva has 35 different shoes but you need to search long to see a pro not use Skwama or Solution (maybe Theory indoors)

I thought that was great. Ondra is such good value. As I non-Czech speaker I feel I'm missing out on the full range of expletives when he slips off after the crux!

He started with Geniuses, then tried Solutions, and finally a Solution on his left and a (women's) Katana lace-up on his right.

Yeah, I thought the English subtitles seemed to be understating it a bit. I tried switching youtube to Czech but they still seemed to be somewhat incomplete

Was generally impressed not only by the difficulty and the runout, but also by the style - that sort of vertical ultra precision on microholds not the most fashionable thing these days

I watched half, and the main thing I learned is that when Ondra climbs in the Verdon he pulls on the goutte d'eau with his thumbs unless the moves are really hard. That is just too bisarre not to try the next time!
