If anyone has got board of the 785 links on the Birdsong face at Bradley, and needs some active rest, here are some mid-high 6s up some of the the most aesthetic lines at the crag ;D I was really quite surprised just how good they were, and they all got a good clean and chalking a few weeks ago.

(Not quite as good as The Land Of Giants (despite having a chunky block or two) but also not 9 hours drive for me.)

No it's not big numbers, yes it is big greatness of problems (maybe not the climber...)

Thanks :)

This turned out to be good fun. Sit start to Serenata at Stanage.
Felt about 6B.

Looking smooth lagers. I vaguely recall not being able to do the stand start to Serenata as part of the route and having to swing in from the right.

The only way I could make the start 5+ was to "French" start it. Bounce up from one foot on the floor.

Yeah that probably works. I think if you're mega tall it's 5+, I'm 5'10 and I had to do a mighty leap

Something to pass a few minutes of a rainy day... The Miterdale forest boulders are less well known then Eskdale Fisherground, but offer aesthetic climbing throughout the grades in a cool setting. This wee selection includes one of the hardest, and best, problems I did this spring.

This was also the day that I met a very cute and friendly mouse, but alas I didn't get any footage of that - you'll have to go find him yourself.

One a friend put together of a newly developed venue in the Lakes:

Thanks Chris. The Lancs team I first visited with were impressed with the vibe and rock aesthetics too.

Now as some light relief from all the political bickering, have a fucking great selection of diverse and excellent Grit 6C+s, because....

As an alternative view point 6c+ is the best grade. Often brilliant climbing and no honey potting as it isn't a "7"...

Showing why i am a boulderer with my short attention span. I watched the final problem and then switched the video off before the final text came on.
