No inside knowledge other than maybe a name - Adam? The planning application is by a company called RSK Group - not sure if they're just acting for the owners for the application, or if they'll be doing the engineering and project management.

So long as they have a good cafe, LED woody circuit board (ala depot), decent insulation, a good woody 45 board and tension 2 board I'll be happy. It's a big venue - 2300m2 all in - not sure how much will be climbing and how much co-working.

This section potientially looks like boards. Looks like quite a small climbing area with what looks to be a lot of office space on 2nd floor?

1300 m2 is what they've quoted and would be pretty decent - that section looks like 5 full size boards side by side.

If nothing else it'll give another options for the students in the North and East and might ease the insane business of the two TCAs...

Given RSK seem to have bought the building (well, says "sold" on the old advert), and given the "eco sustainable" credentials in the planning application you'd think they'll put some effort into making it ow energy (i.e. insulated). Looks like a Walltopia outline sketch in the designs.

The intention appears to be to run the wall independently and the company doing that is call "The Brushworks".
