Just released as a demo on Steam, it's actually surprisingly good.
Way more challenging than Jusant (much as I loved Jusant, it was pretty much a walking simulator), and pretty accurate climbing physics too.

Some oddities - i.e. hangdogging is encouraged - and minor glitches in places, but it is still in demo stage, so might get tweaked by final release.

Very pretty, and whilst the demo is short if you just go from A to B, I've had a genuinely lovely time trying new routes.

But no, this is a VERY good climbing game. Genuinely excited for the full version

I've enjoyed Cairn, definitely going to be grabbing the full version when it comes out. Managed to get down to 6:07 to the top. It's nice you can choose difficulty or speed to get there, loads to go at just for a demo.

I've loved new heights which is a little bit further into development but is still a bit clunky, a cross between that and cairn's gameplay would be great

Interesting, not a fan of the cel-shaded / cartoon gfx, but the colours and settings look really nice, and the idea sounds cool. I have a big steam backlog tho....
