Addendum: Argh! Why are all printed guidebooks always out of print? I do not want to use an app. I want something that is better.
OT, but this x1000. Perhaps I'm a dinosaur but I love guidebooks, and good ones are a joy. The current Siurana one is great, and I'm very much enjoying the translated descriptions in the 2024 Margalef guide (which do not detract from it's utility)

How about Finale or Albenga (Val Pennavaire) in Italy? Good mix of expositions, nice area. Good biking as well if you’re into that. Not all crags in Finale Ligure have that much choice in the high 7s, but enough for a holiday, and o/w plenty of routes to pick in Val Pennavaire. The latter has more overhanging and endurance climbing. Those are not the only areas, there’s lots of climbing in Liguria.

Greece can be rainy in spring (although not more than Italy) and imo is better in autumn when the sea is still warm. When we went, the drive from Athens to Leonidio was quite relaxed and definitely less busy than the drive to Siurana from Barcelona.

To echo others… I defo think you should be able to climb by March, probably fairly unhindered.

My gf strained an A2 a couple of weeks ago and she has been climbing in drag quite a bit and is doing edge pickups. We are off to Spain on Friday so was a bit of a worry but think she’ll still be burning me off when we get out there!
She is a coach though so has a good idea of what she’s doing + access to other v. Knowledgeable coach types like Ollie Torr.

But still, see a physio and I reckon you should be on for a great trip wherever you like?

But you can easily do BCN airport rental-car pick up location to El Pati tie-in in 1h45 if you rent a car with manual transmission

Fully agree, I'd rather fly to Barcelona than to Greece if going for four days. Route quality in Siurana is also much better, probably the best option.
