LTQ and LPQ will both be dry, although LPQ may get get wet at the top if it's a rainy day.
All of Cheedale will be dry except for the Nook and half of the Cornice (see Cornice conditions thread for specific wet/dry routes). The Peak crags have had a lot less rain than the Yorks crags this summer.

Just a one-off, for old times sake, that sort of thing. The return of the jedi farnell is a way away yet.

To be honest I'd avoid LTQ whilst the weather is like this. I've been a  few times of late after rain and some of the crag top has been wet but more importantly the quarry is very enclosed in fairly dense trees so the lack of wind in this heat makes it quite unpleasant. The past 2/3 trips over the past month have been a bit of a waste of time. I'll be waiting till it's cooler and the rain has abated.

LPQ....LTQ....what about LPT instead?

HANG ON A MO??

Haven't you given up climbing Andy?? I'm sure I saw a proper "I can't climb the hard sport grades I want to for some real life reason that's very important but I can't tell you what it is but suffice to say that if I can't tick big numbers I can't possibly do any form of climbing and life is not worth living"-type flounce off UKC from an Andy Farnell?? I mean it seemed rather like a spoof troll but you're not really known for that....

I'd have to disagree with the Harris on LTQ. It was a fair bit warmer and very humid when he was last over there and everywhere was suffering condensation to some degree. The current slightly cooler and breezier weather should give good conditions there. However if it has been raining heavy the tops may get wet (this may be worse since JC and PC cut back the trees which overhung the top), this wetting of the tops will be worse at LPQ. I've spent a lot of time in LTQ re-bolting and putting up new things and rarely suffered the conditions that Andy got, i thing he just got very unlucky in that brief spell of humid jungle weather.

Had a look in at LTQ tonight after a route on High Tor.  All looks pretty dry.

Went to the Embankment instead, all of Cheedale was dry as far as the eye could see.
