Possible Rotary cuff strain
July 20, 2008, 12:54:06 pm
Ive strained the front of my shoulder(above the arm pit) I think it may be my rotary cuff going by this previous post
http://ukbouldering.com/board/index.php/topic,6567.0.html

Ive had this injury once before this year, and once last year, but its cleared up both times, could it be an imbalance.

Any advice would be appreciated

Rotator cuff injuries are virtually impossible to diagnose over the net.  Go see someone that knows about these things (often a sports physio).

Not me Im affraid.

I feel it when I do bid moves with my shoulder in an open position, or in this cause turning in on a move instead of staying face on.(weak lazy twat!)

I could do with sorting it out before it leads to a worse injury.

Cheers for the advice
