I'd only go to The Cliff if it was wet.

Caley is obligatory, for the other one I reckon a toss-up between Earl, Brimham, Slipstones, some wild moorland area.....or Shipley  :-[

I'd go to Simon's Seat and Lord's Seat on the saturday and enjoy quality problems in an amazing setting and probably not see anyone else around.  I'd go to Caley on the sunday if it had been dry for a while beforehand and enjoy the best bouldering in the country.

you trying to suggest its only the routes that are polished?

I repeat, the 2 best crags inn the country for bouldering are caley and earl.
need to have a bit of dryness for a while before hand for both tho. If its been wet then almscliff cos it dries quickly.
slipstones is great rock with a few really good problems, brimham is far too spread out

I would aim for Caley and and Earl and have the 'Cliff as backup. She is a cruel but fair mistress.

Slipstones is great if you can be bothered with the drive. Brimham is too fragmented for a shortened winters day.

i would probably take brimham over almscliff, but earl knocks both of them into a cocked hat. but being in yorkshire i would take burbage north and south over any of the above. ;)

Ah, I prefer the Overhanging Face.  Perma dry, perma greasy on certain holds.
A good fall-back venue though.
