I've only done one design so far - not very good but just a ten minute jobby for the similar topic on ukcaving.com, where the idea of a tee was greeted with quite a lot of enthusiasm....

Just a thought- nowadays you could design a shirt as an image file and get it printed locally, rather than printing shirts to sell.  Or are you looking to make a quick buck to pay for your pre-amp?

The idea is to have a t-shirt that will help pay hosting/my time/etc rather than just for the hell of it

I'm up for it, especially as I've just shrunk my favourite hoodie and I think you deserve to have some of my money.
I'd be amused by a "[wad] [punter]" logo, or perhaps "we're all punters". Hopefully, no connection with  punternet.com will be inferred...
