no greg it got called lager by someone else, not dave. the fact that this got wrote up in the guide is immaterial if it's the wrong name. if, god forbid, i'm mistaken and dave originally called it that and now wants to change it then i'm going to call it groove lager ramp

The point is whenever I've heard anyone refer to this problem they call it Lager Lager Lager (not The Ramp, The Groove or any variations on this) which I suspect will stick, at least for a while.
