We have a big room (with walk-in cupboard) available from December living with two others and our cat Ernie. The house is lovely, with lots of space and easy access to Peak + Edge + new bouldering place (when it opens). We (Rowan & I) are easy-going and sociable - I'm working on a woodland project and Ro is doing a PhD on parrots. I'm a keen climber and Ro climbs too when he's not too busy doing other fun things like Kite surfing or playing Ultimate. The rent is £225 + electricity and gas and phone/ TV/ internet. Council tax is included. We're ideally looking for someone who wants to stay in Sheffield for a while, is nice, sociable and not too messy (and if you're as good at baking cakes as Sue who's moving out, that'd be a bonus..)
