Yes, it was already pretty trashed, although it was obviously popular even before the circuit was featured in the local guide.

I think it used to get done in hobnob boots back in the day, hence the trashing. Too obvious I line to ignore.

It is a nice little problem, shame the pull on is only 1" off the ground

Hence the "little" in my comment.  I think this is a Peak classic solely for the joy I get watching my lanky mates trying it, finding it impossible to even get their feet in the right place and then giving up.

Anyone tried linking it in from the arete?  I am joking by the way, but I'm sure someone will have tried it.

Damn right - I love it cos it's a shortie's dyno. It's the only way I'll be getting a pic of me actually landing a dyno on this thread, that's for sure...

nah, its piss for the tall too - as long as you can pull your arse 3" off the ground then the dyno is then a formality. I pity the medium height climbers.

Yeah, I've done that I think. Hazy memory of doing several different starts to left and right, can't remember exactly what hands were on for each version. Starting with one hand on arete ledge leads to a nice sidewards jump, that sound right? Also fun doing the original with left, right and double handed finishes. And leaping from the nearby boulder to the jug. Excellent fun.

Why? are you an all or nothing (read: tall or dwarf) type of guy?
