What's the knowledge for this lads? I've tried it over three sessions and I don't seem to be making progress... After having got the bulb-like hold wiht my left and bringing my right to the one above it, does fancy footwork have to occur to reach the next shitty hold and hence to the jug?

Nothing too tricky from what I remember.  Pull on, left hand onto first sloping crimp, right heel on, right hand cross over onto next sloping crimp, then jug with left.  That's what I remember anyway, it'll feel harder if the sloping crimps aren't in good condition.

Not sure... was just looking at beta as I still haven't done it. And won't be able to try. You going to R-man's bash?

pull on. left to a crimp, right to a crimp. right heel up. left to good hold, match (there is a good foot hold under the ramp for your left foot while you keep moving right heel up the ramp). then romp up to the tree. up up up.

Whats all this pull-on and go for the slopey crimp business? There's about four more moves from right at the back of the roof before that bit.  :wink:  

Have any of you tried reversing this problem? Its much more entertaining, and opens up the doorway to a possible send of Cloning Tech... well once you've wired the other three crux sections.

Heel up to where? Or just anywhere?

Heel on hold that's best for a heel hook, you don't just put it anywhere.  Should be relatively straight forward to work out where to put it, once you get into the position in that photo.
