Wasn't sure what to make of this after getting repeatly spat off at the weekend. Half way up do you pull up through the arete or head through the crimps on the face? or is it even a launch from the lower holds?

pull through the crimps on the face !!! this is the crux
there a couple of good sharp incuts, which used with a fairly high left foot let the high break be reached with a couple of moves
