Wet North Wales

Off to North Wales tomorrow for the first time on a bouldering trip, as it's tipping it down I was hoping for some information on where might be dry or dry quickly.  I was thinking Porth Ysgo if it's raining when we get to llanberis, and maybe Parisella's, but that isn't a very good choice as I'm going with some people who climb V4 max.

Porth Ysgo does dry quickly if it is windy, and it rains a lot less there than anywhere else in the area, but it is always worth checking the surfing webcam for Hell's Mouth first.

Failing that, and assuming it is actually raining, your best bet is Hylldrem which stays dry, even in torrential rain. The best independant lines here are V4s - albeit quite powerful ones.

You are right about Parisella's - to appreciate it, you need to be climbing at least V5. There is quite a lot to do below V6 though.

Looking at the forecasts, I would risk P ysgo tommorrow and see what Saturday brings - they'll probably change the dodgy looking forecast by then.
