i'm looking for someone or a place that can do sports masssage.  My back is fucking raping me and a good massage will do the trick i'm sure.  Obviously the cheaper the better, but i'm willing to fork out for something decent as i feel pretty crippled at the minute... obviously somewhere in sheffield would be handy...

unclesomebody, go see john ostrovoskis  at "the clinic" (sounds seedy already) he's a physio but i believe he does sports massage too. and i don't think he's taht expensive. apparently the trainee masseuse people at sheffield college do em too and i think that it's only about 4 quid. but i can't remember who told me that so try ringing them...

As has been said John at The Clinic is pretty good, charges about £25 or so for a session and is a climber so knows a fair bit about the stresses and strains we put our bodies under. He really sorted me out last year, shame I managed to injure meself again tho, doh!
