my mate bob has just bought a new road bike.which has got me tempted to get a new one,i could get £400 trade in for my currant bike[pinerello suprise] against £1,000 bianchi[i'll get another £100 discount]or should just sell it and use the money to go to font.

also i can pay it off £100 a month. oh god! the temptation.

my fingers are already so knackered i have trouble gripping cylindricle things of a certain diameter.

You need a new bike like the proverbial fish. Flog it and get a mountain bike. You can then sustain enough injuries that the hands don't feel so bad in comparison.

Go on, get the bike you know it makes sense! I find the bike most useful for shedding those post christmas pounds.
