   I agree with Jenn, this is a good post and a healthy attitude.  Thanks Lizzy.

I love the feeling of being fit and strong too.  And I especially like the feeling when I do something well because of willpower.  For example, this week I was climbing with an 18 year old guy who's much taller and probably fitter than me, but who kept giving up each time he found it difficult.  I wanted to tell him to pull it together, and remind him he was being beaten by a girl.  But I didn't dare actually say it.

Anyway - rightly or wrongly - something tells me I should try to be more ladylike.  I guess I'll find my own balance sooner or later.  Hopefully sooner.
