I'll go for:

a) Bubba dreamily watches himself pulling through to the finishing holds of Dreamtime, the group of stunningboulder-chicks nearby stop and watch with awe and admiration, and people all around are saying "wow, how can such a fatass get up that thing, let alone ONSIGHT IT !!!?!!??

b) That b9 thing on the back of the Eagle Stone at Baslow, starts up a small groove to undercuts, then a big reach around the bulge to good holds and a haul over the bulge above. Only saw it for the first time the other day and it just looks mint.

a. Spectre (Buttermilks) - I got the reach, I got the yellow Bruce Lee TShirt, all i need now is the ability to pull like you're pulling Michael Jackson off your nephew.

b. The Terrace, Burbage North.

Lets do a deal, if you are ever in a car accident, I can have your arms, and you can have my legs if i ever fall head-first into a candy-floss machine.

That looks fantastic - I've seen one of those photos before and it was titled "a project" - never realised it was Spectre...

More or "less doctored in mathematics I could've been a don too" ain't it?

I'd love to be able to do Lionheart at Cheddar.

A more short term project will have to be the clean bits of the Apremont LB 'crack' circuit.

Hmmm....no, I don't think it is - I was thinking perhaps of "Taming the Lion" on Lion Rock at Cheddar....oooh, the routes database in my head is well rusty these days.

Is there any bouldering at Cheddar?

The last time I went there I did the first two pitches of Coronation Street, abbed off as it was dark, then seconded Dave Thomas up some E1 new route down the bottom of the gorge. Slept out in some minging cave. Oh what fun.

E5 in the guide which some would have you believe put's it anywhere between E4 and E6.  6b crux at 300' or sommat, repeated at least once, doable???

Shame you missed the best pitches on 'the street'.  One for you to go back for there, you know it makes sense.

There probably is bouldering at Cheddar somewhere but I haven't found it.  There's loads of caves by the road but the only ones I can remember are above railings and have those unfortunate limestone blank roofs.  There might be stuff on the walls though, possibly dry in the rain too, but I think a lot of stuff low down is a bit crap and starts above steep grass/mud, you often have to gain height to get to the good rock.
Climber's don't seem to go there let alone boulderers, but there's a plentiful supply Caf's.

maybe that 8C slab in Japan cause then I would be technically as hard as steel (would appeal more than "just" having strong fingers)

Very doable, just a matter of going and doing it. Nice oh so nice.

No dream problem yet.

For this year - Horror arete at bridestone. I had a look on Saturday. I think I can get to the high pocket. Then it's a case of having the bottle to go for the top.
