The research groups behind it are very legit, it's super-important work, and the questionnaire (unlike most) didn't actually make me want to scream.

I signed up and did the first (big long) questionnaire. Then it's shorter follow-ups every two weeks (with bonus extra super-short ones after any big government announcements), then I think monthly after lockdown restrictions get lifted. And you can drop out any time.

I know it's not intended to be directly beneficial for me, but I found it interesting and potentially useful to sit down and take a look at what has and hasn't changed in my mental health and overall functioning since the start of lockdown; it made me notice a few things I hadn't really been paying attention to.
