T: MRI on wrist. TFCC intact, no breakages. Surgeon said nothing fundamentally wrong in wrist requiring surgery! Inflammation of an insignificant muscle in my wrist so offered me option of a cortisone injection

S: Breckenridge skiing. 13.4k ft descent, 24.5 miles. Skied mostly blacks all day on peak 10 and from the imperial express lift. Also did Horseshoe Bowl twice, an amazing double black. So steep and powdery

Biceps, triceps and shoulders with 15lb dumbbells high reps. Improvement as pre-injection I couldn't even pick up the 10lb dumbbell
