Confusing problem? maybe if your part of the learning difficulties group on a day trip

Alright, la. Was just about to have a rant along the lines of "don't you fucking talk to me like that!" but spotted the smiley just in time.   Maybe we need an irony emoticon. What I meant was - and you are just the man to answer this - it seems daft to start low on the right and do that contorted share on the poor gaston thing when the obvious (and better) method is slap bang in the middle.

Still, perfection is the work of Allah, not Man.

Its really that simple

Seems logical to me. Thought the straight up was good but like I say I was disappointed with the place overall. Actually, I didn't say that at all - I said it was shite, didn't I?   But then , I've never been one to shrink from inflammatory statements - I blame my parochial heritage

TC I think your being very unfair on Little Font, there are a number of very fine problems there and when you consider you can easily cherry pick the best lines and then combine the day with a session on Badger Rock and the Garburn Pass boulder (the second best boulder in the Lakes)you have the makings of a top venue!

While I'm on the point I noticed that Fingers of a Blondie guy (or whatever hes called) was slating Valley of the Kings for being esoteric... Quote from the topo "An esoteric venue best combined with a trip to the GARBURN PASS BOULDER" Why don't people read the fucking guide description before complainig somewhere is esoteric!  :D

Yeah, but sometimes being unfair is fun, Greg   And I didn't make it up the hill to the Garburn Pass so I was judging LF in isolation.

True enuff. Agden Rocher, for example, is esoteric shite and the bench mark by which all other esoteric shite should be measured. The Breck, on the other hand, is also esoteric shite - but brilliant esoteric shite. Have I made myself clear?

I've been climbing, but it's just being getting pumped on the leading wall which doesn't do my bouldering much good, but yeah, going to start training again.
My old woodie was unusable - too big and needed the space for other things but this one will take up less space.

It was big but useless - it had a big roof for a start, then a hinged 8x4 section that you could swing down from the roof, and then two 6ft high boards. It just didn't work very well although it sounds good I spose.

This will be simple and effective! Just got to use the fucker now

I spent ages buiding a wood but never use it. If I have to climb indoors I prefer the social and competative edge you get at a climbing wall.
