Thanks Dave. I have the hack, but there is no way to check if it successful without a non region 2 DVD. I use cd101 quite a bit already.

On another topic, has anybody been able to get the Road dvd or video in the UK or Europe. I have only found it available in the US by people who won't ship to the UK...

i love the way all these sites (this is the third one i've found) are offering Dosage Vol. 2 when it hasn't even been released yet!

have just read through their list of vids though and its pretty damn comprehensive - however,i feel i must warn people, under no circumstances order 'The Life', its utter utter shite (i've had it months and am yet to get through it in one sitting).

And if anyone is into Snowboarding DVDs, do not touch "Wintermission". Possibly one of the best names for a DVD, but it is fucking terrible. Poncy Southern Yahs go to States and do crap tricks in the park. 1hr20 long, with about 25 mins of boarding footage of which about 5 mins isnt terrain park based.

I much prefer the big mountain footage when it comes to boarding vids.

Me too. Big Mountain riding; Steep deep powder and natural hits. Check out any of the Teton Gravity Research stuff. Good mix of skiing and boarding.

purchased the best of the TB Series recently - awesome DVD with some amazing footage (only cottoned on recently that it was made by the same team that did Masters of Stone)

also quite like the 'Day Tripper' vids

Aye - got that one - the TB crew have filmed some gobsmacking footage over the years - those big Alaskan first descents get my palms all sweaty - no fall descents, a pretty hardcore concept.

I neve knew that was the same crew as M.O.S. - must get some of those.

absinthe films have got the mix right i reckon - big mountain riding mixed with natural hits and big kicker hits, no fucking around on bits of metal on a mountainside: no need.

i especailly like the helicopter tracking shots on Vivid. Genius.

Vivid is indeed mighty fine. I came across "Blizzard of Aahs" on DVD at our local library. Anyone remember this; Glen Plake. Mike Hatrup and Co do daring stuff in Chamonix. It is a classic; will have to burn a copy of it.

http://www.tetongravity.com/ there is a clip of their new DVD here, but i cant get the other older clips to work. Their surfing and Kayaking DVDs are amazing too.
