This sounds good. I emailed the makers of EOS 2 for a UK stockist but they didn't get back to me so I'll hold out for the DVD of this.

If Rampage/Stick it rate as a 10 where would this one rate (1 being crap)?

Yes probable rates in about 7/8 considering that there are new areas on it, and jackie and co are cranking out 8c in this one. I spoke with him yesterday and he recons DVD will be less than 2 weeks, I will post on here when DVD is ready for dispatch

Has nobody else (apart from Sloper) noticed that Stick It is terrible?  Shoddy filming & shoddy editing, and the slow-motion sequences seem to run at about two frames per second - just awful.  And I'm sure Ben Moon is a nice chap really, but in the video he comes across as a knob.

for my money stick it is good, but marred by being shot too close up, so that everytime someone makes a crux slap for a hold they're hand flies out of shot, which i found very annoying. i don't notice it as much now though. basically if they had spend £40 on one of them wide angle converters it would have been 100% better.

still good though - the only really wank bits are the bowderstone and the dartmoor stuff.

i thought the 15 mins of barker top roping marbellous was the highlight of anything i've seen in climbing vids so far :D

Yes, or they could have stood a bit further back, or zoomed out a bit.  It's not difficult.

I have to say i was mighty disapointed when it first arrived through the post - not sure what i was expecting but it wasn't what i got. Although i've warmed to it since then (a bit at least)

Still find Rampage too damn annoying to bother with (Obe can't half come across as one irritating bloke) - can't understand the mass hysteria surrounding it

Stick-it may not be technically brilliant, but I think it's got a nice feel to it and showed some of the variety of UK bouldering. Good soundtrack too.

I'd certainly take it over Rampage and day. I too find rampage a bit annoying. I suspect I'd find bouldering in the States a bit annoying if everyone goes round shouting all the time like that.
