I need to start getting some power endurance and endurance by spring time and it would be ideal if I can regularly do a couple of times a week of rope sessions at Redpoint or UCR in Bristol. Aiming for a mix of endurance sessions up to 7a and strenght endurance sessions up to 7c. Is anyone keen to team up for a weekly bash? Let me know, would be good to start this week. Cheers. Tomar
