Manchester
September 04, 2014, 02:52:13 pm
Just moved over this side of the hills, and don't really have anyone to climb with yet. Looking to get out as much as possible and go inside to keep ticking over during the rains. Any people about tomorrow and keen to get out? Or just people keen to get out in general (bouldering/trad/sport, im pretty easy)

cheers

Yes, I was planning on going out, a choice between standing on Market street reading from The Road to Serfdom or something by Milton Friedman (paradise lost was a bad choice) or out to Blackstone Edge / Harmers Wood, I'll see if Ru is about.

drop me a pm if you fancy climbing / or joining my Conservative Crusade.

The Wilton Fest is on tomorrow. Free food + drink + evening entertainment. It was great last year and promises to be an even bigger event this year. There should be plenty of people knocking around if you want a trad partner (I think Fiend of this parish is also looking for someone to climb with) and a team of boulderers in Wilton 4.

Might be a good way to meet people?

Well you could have typed "BMC Wilton Fest 2014" into google, would have been faster than posting that.  ;)

Well you could have asked your secretary to type "BMC Wilton Fest 2014" into google, which would have been faster than posting that.  ;)
