There's been a lot of development on the hills around Dow Crag over the last 8 months, culminating in a fairly extensive new guide.

All the info can be found on LaaesBloc but the main highlights are as follows:

Supergene (8A)

Road House (7C)

Daggermouth (7C)

The Hacienda (7C+)

There's also a new 10 page guide to the area available to download via the crag page on LakesBloc:

Good work Greg. Hacienda looks great.
Fi is planning on doing some of the lakes fell races this summer so I may well be up for a few weekends. Keen to check this stuff out if I do.

Good stuff! Is this the bouldering development that makes the walk-in shorter? ;)

References to time on walk-ins are always subjective. All I can say is, the distances and scales are accurate... so fatties can adjust times accordingly  ;)
