Am heading down to City of Rocks, Idaho this weekend (YYFY) and have done minor research, but wondered if anyone had been and had some pearls of wisdom? Will be bouldering and doing roped stuff too. Will be camping there, though expect it to get a little nippy at night...

Any advice would be helpful.

Yep - have had a look there - more looking for personal recommendations etc - any must-do routes/ problems upto around 5.11 / V8?

Had a week there a few years ago. We totally loved it, such a great place.  The camping is nice as many of the individual sites are hidden away a good distance from each other. 
I didn't boulder at all but here's a few routes I particularly remember. Mostly full sport routes. They will probably be well known classics as they were all recommended to me by some dudes at Smith. 

Rabbit Rock - Redtail 11a
Animal Cracker - Animal Cracker 10a
Bath Rock West - Colossus 10c, Loch Ness Monster 11c, Gemini 12a
Elephant Rock - Beware of Nesting ego's 11b
Flaming Rock - Firewater 11b
