November 08, 2013, 09:43:48 am
Did a session on the board on Tuesday, arms and shoulder still have a dull ache today, should I wait unit it's gone before training?

i say it's fine just just might take longer to warm up. Be sure it is DOMS and not an injury.

I seem to permanatly have DOMS. In comparrison to all my climbing mates I seem to get it for a lot longer than anyone else.

I've had it up to 4 day's after climbing before...

So, I always seem to train/climb with DOM's from a previous session and never really had a problem.

As highrepute say's it's best to warm up for longer.

Luke, I think you should do a check for vitamin B deficiency  (B1/12)

Interesting, I've just had a read. By a check do you mean go for a blood test? I do eat a lot of Meat, Egg's and Dairy products which are sources of Vitamin B, I also take multi-vitamins.

I am tired a lot of the time which I thought was to do with lot's of training/exercise, work, being a dad and lack of sleep...

I also have quite a low level of body fat too which I don't think helps with the tiredness.

It is possible to have vitamin B deficiency even with a well balanced diet, e.g. if you have some problem with digestion.

It is not normal to always have sore muscles.
