For my sins my second car at age 20 was a 1989 Alpine white Golf MkII Gti 8v torque monster. Loved the thing. Best car Ive had lasted to 140k by some miracle. Proper bellend boy racer I was.

About the same time the Dubsport shop down the road made this thing. Vr6 engine in the front and one in the back, somehow they coupled them? 800bhp apparently 0-60 under 3.5secs. Nuts

Ah I saw that (or one similar) at an old Max Power show, think it was at Donny, many years ago. It was running circuits there. Sounded lovely. Got some pics somewhere of it, will have to dig them out to see if it's the same one.
