I’ve done a decent (probable?) new problem at Simon’s Seat, which I thought was worth a heads-up, as Jon no longer adds to Yorkshire grit here are the details…
The problem is situated on a high, clean vertical wall just below Solipsism. As approached from below it appears like it isn’t going to have much of a landing, however a number of large blocks have jammed in the crevasse below it to make for a perfect flat landing. A spotter is worthwhile, as it’s quite high and there is a fin of rock just behind you which could be problematic if you came off awkwardly.
iPerbole (7bish): Climb the thin vertical wall direct on pebbles and pebble scars to a vague ledge and escape off right.
