Which Training Device

Thinking of investing in a new training toy to get stronger arms and back, given the choice would people go for:
a) Rings
b) Bachar ladder.

Do you have anywhere to put up a set of rings? You need a fair bit of space to be able to use them fully (Dylan had some he was looking to sell a while back I think?)

Hasn't the bachar ladder been superceded now by campussing? I hate to say it but the likelihood is that neither of these target your weaknesses.

We've got like a covered area outside the supports for the roof are pretty high so think they' do the trick.
Yeah, neither are going to get me better at climbing, but ive just noticed an achy A2 so figured could be a good time to work on the weak shoulders.

I play on the rings every time I go to the Depot - and they're superb for a really different upper arm/shoulder work out..

How much would you be looking to sell them for?
