My idiotic Dad was left to his own devices and went out and bought this jacket, turns out its way too big and warm for his day to day activities and its been used twice.

Its a Mountain Equipment Annapurna Jacket Midnight/Cobalt in Large
and has been worn a couple of times and stored un stuffed (I'm not sure if he can find the stuff sack).

£100 ONO.

Quote from: details
420g (size L) of 90/10 pure down offering 675+ fill power
Polarloft wadding on the shoulders to withstand the compressing action of
rucksack shoulder straps
Full box wall construction throughout ensures an even spread of down for total
insulation ensuring no cold spots
The zip off hood with Velcro volume adjuster provides excellent protection from
the weather; reinforced peak and wrap around closure for brilliant insulation
Patented EXL® system incorporated in the hood and the back of the jacket
maximises the loft and therefore the warmth
Double synthetic Gemini baffle behind main zip eliminates any cold spots and
keeps the warmth in

The cut of the jacket incorporates articulated elbows and a drop tail giving the
wearer maximum freedom of movement and protection
2 large fleece lined lower pockets, with slim reversed zips for increased protection
from the weather

I might take that off your hands Paul, I just need to check that this gap in my clothing wardrobe hasn't already been filled by some kindly christmas elf (or the wife).

Sorry about this, I've really struggled to get on UKB recently for some reason. I've tried to contact Paul by a couple of other means but I'm out of the running for this jacket. Not due to sizing issues, I like all my clothes massive and baggy (every down I've ever owned has been L or XL) but because my jacketing needs have been otherwise met.
Probes I'm surprised you remember that meeting, in fact I didn't even realise you realised that was me, cheers for the mats by the way they've been awesome.

Anyway once again apologies for failing to get back to this thread more quickly, I honestly tried but just couldn't get on the site. I blame Talk Talk. So I guess it's over to you Probes...

I think im going to turn this into soap! Unfortunately Paul im going to let you down after all the above. Kitchen tap froze the other night, so whilst stood pondering how to defrost it, it occurred to me i need to get my arse in gear and get central heating fitted,.. thus i must follow the sensible path, and pass on said coat. Cheers Anyhow.
