Well, I'm very happy to say I have a long overdue bouldering trip to Spain planned. Thinking of checking out some new areas (not that I have ever climbed in Spain before), one being La Pedriza. It sounds quality but struggling to find any decent topos or people who've been there. So...................

Has anyone got a topo or know where I can get an online topo?
Has anyone been there?
Can anyone recommend any other areas, apart from Albarracin - preferably around Madrid (Navalosa, Zarzalejo)?

El Escorial is quite good for a few days, less than an hour from Madrid, nice town and scenery, boulders in the woods.

Thanks, I'll check out that guide. We are thinking of heading to El Escorial too. You been there? There are quite a few areas that I've never heard of which look ace. Rough granite though so might start a mancure regime now!

Good stuff, that's really helpful and not too late! I go a week today.
Might check out Sassanova then too and probably ignore Zarzalejo.
