Lots of useful information for anyone who cycles on the road regularly.  Wish I'd read some of it earlier in light of getting knocked off my bike back in September, but still very useful as it suggests SYP are trying to ignore my complaint when its quite valid.  Very handy for the letter I'm currently drafting.

Worth bookmarking for reference and of course reporting any and all instances you may witness or be involved in.
