A while back I fell off the last move of Satin and hurt my right hip, it seemed to resolve without intervention, just rest etc
Anyway after a hard session in the gym (60 mins on a x-trainer skiing type machine) I now have severe intermittent pain in the right hip and disruption to my normal gait.
This seems to go on for about half an hour and then pass before randomly return.
Any ideas, I think I'll keep going to the gym but stick to the bike / rowing machine.
