This might not be helpful but with the number of newly built "luxury flats" that came on the market just as it crashed I would have thought the rental deals on one bed flats would be great at present.

Know a lot of em were offering that let to buy thing where if you decide to buy after a year or so you get the rent you've paid knocked off as a deposit.

One thing you should know is that Blundells are cvnts, don't go near them with a stolen dick on a stick.

There are some flats opposite Campo Lane police station that are supposed to be half way decent and good value.
