i'm very very sad as of late.
i have to work loads, the gym is closed, my girlfriend hates me and my climbing and our relationship is near the end. florence is boiling hot and i have climbed a whopping three afternoons in two months. my only source of happiness is the mother of all fingerboards proudly standing right in the middle of my living room, which is now absolutely impossible to live in.
quite seriously, it's hard.

well, we can find happiness in many ways, and sometimes in unexpected ones. we always have to keep ourselves ready to be happy.
i wrote that my 4 to 6 pm class with the turkish businessman is a bit of a pain in the culo, and today i was really close to ask the school's director to subsitue me with another teacher. but then i thought well, it's work, it's what i want and like to do, so keep your head down and do it.
heh, at the end of the lesson the man told me that he prefers me to the other teacher, and that he'd like to have four hours with me in the afternoon. i truly don't know how this can be, i do absolutely nothing special, but i took it as a great compliment and i told him i'd try and do my best to make this possible. just because this made me proud and happy.
i know that it will be a big big pain in the culo, because i'll have to teach from 9 to 13 and from 14 to 18, but hey, that's a small price to pay for some  happiness. you can't always get what you want.
