my little finger on my right hand sometimes goes completely numb and goes a light shade of green and feels like there is no blood in it (like my toes when my feet are really cold).
Usually happens when my hands go cold. No other fingers are effected.
A quick googling points at a trapped ulnar nerve in shoulder or elbow.
Also my right hand doesn't sweat (left one sweats just fine) which I recon might be a trapped nerve causing that as well, could be linked?
Any one know anything about it?
what do you think the best course of action is, GP first?

I had a funny thing that sounds a bit similar last year. My little finger and ring finger of my left hand would constantly have pins and needles leading to a weakening of that hand. I went to see a chiro dude in harrogate and after he cracked me it was instantly better. Because I had left it so long i had to retrain back to full strength, but that was what sorted it.

sounds like bad circulation, (rather than carple tunnel syndrome like dobdin's sounds) poss Vibration White Finger or reynards disease (sp) check it out with your doc... or the fat doc...

no vibrations (excpet in the bedroom  ).
The only thing I can think off is that I alway rest my elbow on the car door when driving

It's either going to be Ulnar nerve related or vascular. 
I doubt it'd be a vascular issue, since they only really happen in smokers and almost always lead to amputation.

Go to your GP, who may well be able to assess you and possibly send you for nerve conduction studies.  Stop masturbating with that hand and stop leaning on things with it.

I get the same problem occasionally, and by self diagnosis I think it's a degree of pressure between the two heads of FCU, which I assume may be more likely if you climb (they get bulkier).  It only bothers me occasionally and I know what the treatment involves, so I put up with it.

I still have a numb area on the left hand after I had superficial radial nerve entrapment.  My God, that was pain that I never want again.

Found i needed to keep my arm busy so i downloaded shit loads of rap music and i now make constant gang signs at lorry drivers from my van
