Google seems to be offering voodoo such as codecracking sites or stealing the ENIGMA machine itself . . . ; www.winrar.com appears to have been designed by spackers (or I'm a double-spacker for failing to find the free download - a definite possibility).

Any more experienced mp3 rippers than I have any useful tips to help?  Thanks in advance.

(It's just I think I've found a mix w/ the ultimate tracklist and blah etc..)

You trying to crack a passworded .rar?  Assuming you are try these:
Simple passwords you can crack with rar password cracker or similar.  Aything with long passwords or special characters (eg Houdini=tw@) you may struggle with (ie you're fucked).  Give that a try and see, but it can run for a while.

EDIT:  You could also try ap ass cracker, but it only works on files created with certain .rar versions.  Not used it but I hear it often works.  rarkey is another.

It sounds like you've got a .rar file and you don't know what to do with it. Download winrar & install, open up the file into winrar and click on "extract to" and tell it where you want to extract it to. Hope this helps you
