I'll have you know I'm now only 12 stone!  Give me three months of running, weights and the wall and I'll be climbing V0 again and no mistake.

Moving up North is the way forward.

Give us a bell when you've lost enough padding to get on some trad again :)

I'm down from 13 st 8

I'll cough to being overweight at 13 8.

Fiend I'll be up North around the 28 May so if you fancy some trad drop me a pm or call.

 :-\
It's a very simple system Nibs  :-\
16 drams  = 1 ounce
16 ounces  = 1 pound
7 pounds  = 1 clove
14 pounds  = 1 stone
28 pounds  = 1 tod
112 pounds  = 1 hundredweight
364 pounds  = 1 sack
2240 pounds  = 1 ton
2 stones  = 1 quarter
4 quarters  = 1 hundredweight
20 hundredweight  = 1 ton

Although, not to be confused with the Troy, London, Wool or Tower Pounds which are all a little different.

2.2lb= 1kg
1 Stone= 6.35kg
Not sure where Webbo got that  0.4g from?  Based on SI units 1 stone is equal to 6.35029318 kilogram.

True.
I always end up asking for a quarter whenever I'm in a sweet shop.  250g just doesn't sound right.
