Think Dobbin's got one on his Waste share somewhere....can't remember the name, but do a search of wasters and you should find it....

CDex or DB Power Amp are good free ones. Anything that uses the Lame codec is fine.

We bought one for work about 18 months ago (for archiving some massive transaction logs off a webserver) for £1800! and it only does DVD-RAM!

If I was to download an MP3 ripper (not one that only lets you rip 75% or the 1st two tracts!) would someone be able to PM with a cracked password?
Which one would be the best to download? :D

if you find one that requires a keygen/crack/password type affair I usually look in www.keygen.us
full of pr0n adverts but usually gets results

Cheers Dobbin :D
Think I will go down the freebie route rather than the crack whore version

Are you the donkey that hung around at Cliffs Barn circa 1997?

The best guide for ripping cd's apparently. just giving it a go now. seems a bit complex but I recon it'll be worth it. Seems to be all free software as well

what's wrong with winamp pro? use the latest lame codec. Also, what's really funny is the prices written above by dobbin and bubba. This thread is OLD, but it's funny that a DVD-RW now costs under £20 for a decent one. ha ha

Sometimes its worth paying to be an early adopter ;-P although, you get to experience all the teething problems that way too.

I'm using EAC with Lame to rip CD's these days.
