I think the intersting thing that's come out of this thread is that many of those staunchly 'pro labour' are very much against the policies of the Labour Government, the question is then, will they still vote labour as the French did for Chirac or protest and vote lib dem / green etc?

I don't consider myself pro-labour. They no longer represent my views and I don't see this changing whilst they are in power. I will therefore vote green at the next election, or Lib Dem. I'm so sick of what labour has become that i'm not going to vote for them even if it means the the tories get in.
