Get out there and get on with it

I haven’t climbed for ages as I got sick of people letting me down but I was persuaded to go to Font over Easter and I have got all my enthusiasm back, now I have the problem of where to boulder.  I felt very spoilt while in France as every which way I turned was masses of bouldering routes and I’m sure that there are loads at home too but I’m lazy and don’t want to waste weekends trawling around to find them.

I live in Macclesfield , nearish to the peak district can anyone recommend some nice (starter, I need to get some finger strength)  spots, book listing stuff would be great too, looked in local waterstones but just got distracted by blonde behind the counter.

Thanks in advance

Roaches is probably your nearest - theres loads of shiz there to keep you occupied for a lifetime. If i were you i would buy the Rockfax Peak Bouldering Guide, which although not up to speed on the very latest developments, its still pretty good for 90% of stuff.
