i went for the 'dedicated but lose motivation' option...mainly cos of two reasons:

1) i have a recovering shoulder injury i don't want to aggravate so can't push myself 100%
2) i can't get to the crag/wall as much as i'd like to due to living in silly sowf lundun.

if i didn't have 1) i'd probably try to do more supplemental training at home, and make more of the visits to the crag/wall when i do.

BUT

having said that, i'm back where i was before i injured meself, so who knows...slowly...

I chose the never miss a session at the crag opiton, which is kind iof true, although it should be changed to never miss a session at the crag unless I've got a steaming hangover.

Which is pretty much most sundays.

Funnily enough, last weekend my girlfriend asked me what would happen if she said I couldn't climb anymore.

I said I'd leave her then and there.  She just laughed.

She's still around, and she's even buying me new gear when she goes to New York today.

I think she's OK with it because she's seen me when I'm injured and can't climb. I get pretty unpleasant. I reckon she'd rather have me normal, and around for half the time, than around all the time and psycho.

I chose "i'm pretty dedicated but very occasionally lose motivation", I don't actually lose motivation, but I wouldn't give up my partner as I can have both, and I do a lot of other things besides climbing, albeit not in the quantity I do climbing   :D   Today will be my fourth day in a row climbing, but I probably won't go climbing again until Wednesday next week.

Certainly not!  I got extra stump cream so I was sure to have enough for my sports climbing trip in a few weeks, although I gave Worzel Hurley one tube for his trip to yankee land.
